To kick off a week long retreat in Napa, we believe in having a little fun. The experience we created at Ottimo mirrored an authentic Italian market. Utilizing all senses of smell, taste and even touch, guests pulled fresh mozzarella, taste-tested garlic + salts alongside chefs decked out in Shiseido branded jackets. As a sweet finish, we had a fully stocked dessert counter serving delicious gelato in custom-branded cups.
