We love a good GIF and sending out the save the date or invitation to your event should be the first branded touchpoint for your attendees. We’ll design this based on the specifications of your virtual platform and company best practices.

Depending on the number of attendees, we’ll create a custom video that is branded and includes a countdown to the start of the virtual event. We recommend a countdown timeline that varies from 5 minutes to 15 minutes.

Announcing speakers to the stage is a challenge in a digital landscape. We create the same title slides you’ve come to love in the live event setting to help showcase the next presenter on event day. 

We’ll clean up and design your PowerPoint decks so you don’t have to. We do not recommend animations based on how they translate in a virtual platform. Decks are due for design 5 business days prior to the event. Last minute submissions for PowerPoint decks will incur additional charges.

Even virtual events require breaks. We create custom videos, still imagery and offer music selections to play while you take a break from the presentations.
