The Shiseido Finance Town Hall was a unique hybrid event intended for a big announcement; the appointing of the new CFO of Shiseido Americas.
We were able to take an expected virtual event to the next level with a hybrid production set. We packed a two-hour session with six-panel speakers presenting and engaging with over 300 virtual attendees across the country. The in-person panel also participated in a virtual escape the room challenge with the audience members. We achieved our goal of two-way interactivity for attendees through virtual engagement.
